If your luggage has been lost or it takes longer time to pick it up please let us
know as soon as possible.
We allow first 15 minutes of waiting time after your scheduled pick-up time without
any charge, after that $ 12.50 apply for every 15 minutes of waiting. If waiting time
will exceed more then 1 hour - minimum charter rate will apply. Exception is
waiting time at the airport. We allow 1 (one) hour of waiting time starting your
arrival time for all domestic flights and 1.5 (one and a half) hour starting your
arrival time for all international flights. After this you will be charged charter rate.
It is passenger responsibility to contact us as soon as possible if you can not
locate your vehicle. Passenger must check his/her confirmation letters for any
mistakes and provide correct information.

Credit Cards taken for the reservations are to hold the reservation only. If you
would like to pay for the ride with this credit card prior to ride, please fax back
confirmation to 1-847-850-2741 with signature and copy of front and back credit
card with ID. If for whatever reason you do not show up for the ride or we don't
receive a phone call for when you arrive at airport, we will charge the credit card. If
you have a direct billed account with us the same does apply. Cancellation policy
is at least 2 hours before scheduled pick up. If canceled after that there will be a
cancellation fee of $30.00 for each reservation.
By receiving a confirmation e-mail  
passenger agrees to all terms and conditions.

Please note that there is a minimum gratuity for each ride placed. If the minimum
gratuity is not met it will be added automatically to the bill. Gratuity minimum is as
follows : Any trips to or from suburbs and airports is minimum 15%, all trips to City
of Chicago is minimum 20%, and all charters, town to town, weddings, proms,
and far away places is also minimum 20%.
Please review the following terms and agreements pertaining to your Limousine
Rental of Limousines and or other vehicles from Caprice Limousine Service Inc is
subject to the following terms and conditions:
Unless otherwise specified, all reservations require a major credit card.       
Reservations are finalized upon receipt of a signed contract/agreement.
Client and renter are responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior
and equipment of the vehicle. This is including but not limited to: gum, wine and
alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of champagne, wine and drink glasses,
breakage of decanters, breakage of lights, television, VCR, radio, CD player.
Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least $
All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. Caprice
Limousine Service Inc  reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle
and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions
by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental
fees shall be refunded.
While we are happy to let you bring personal compact disks, videotapes and other
various personal items we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in
the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.
In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining
provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. You must
declare that you are over the age of (18) eighteen and will sign with full agreement
and understanding of the terms and conditions described above, accept full
responsibility for other persons in your party.
You may cancel you wedding/prom reservation not later then 1 (one) week prior to
your service date. Deposit is not refundable.
